In addition to my traditional Realtor services, I am a C.A.R. Certified Trusts and Probate Real Estate Specialist. I have developed a special focus in helping trustees, executors, administrators, attorneys, fiduciaries, heirs and families navigate the unique challenges that arise when selling inherited real estate.
